Gold Trend

Wearing layers of gold has become popular. Wearing a gold chunky watch with layers of gold bangles and bracelets has become very popular. I've been seeing it all over Pinterest...

And here's how I did it...

I paired my chunky gold watch with four skinny bangles and one of my "grown-up" friendship bracelets. I love this look!

December Daily

I was recently introduced to the cutest idea because of a custom Tag Lady order! December Daily scrapbooks chronicle the 25 days in December before Christmas, and there are ideas all over Pinterest.

This custom order was for 25 Christmas themed tags with red and green stamped numbers for a December Daily scrapbook. Emily will be using the tags to number each page.

I think they turned out very cute! Each tag is unique and will add a special pop to each page. Something that makes her book even more special is that this will be her and her hubby's first Christmas season as a married couple. Such a great time to remember!

For prices on December Daily tags, contact me today. There are only 2 months until Christmas!!

My Purple Flowers

So, as I mentioned, I wore two of my new felt flowers Saturday to the Clemson game.

I think they looked great with my outfit, and they are perfect for Fall games!

Thanks to Catherine for the close-up flower picture and the mason jars for our apple cider!

This Week's Featured Item

This week's featured item is one of my Vintage Finds Cuff Bracelets.

I started with a light weight aluminum cuff blank. I wrapped the cuff in tan linen and made braided rosettes bases.

The single pink flower was a vintage earring, and the ornate flower cluster was a brooch. The cameo is a new piece added with the old. I love the color combinations and visual interest of this bracelet.

Felt Flower Pins

I've been working on a new type of flower pin. I'm using felt and fall colors mixed with vintage buttons for cute accents to any outfit.

These flowers can dress up any t-shirt on a fall day. I love wearing two together.

I'll be wearing these two deep purple flowers to the Clemson game on Saturday with a white t-shirt and orange skirt.

I've already made flowers in a variety of colors with lovely vintage buttons. These flowers are great for bags, sweaters, or tees. They add a unique pop and can be pinned on virtually anything.

One of my favorites - Light gray felt with a large gray button. I think gray is going to be big this fall/winter.

Contact me today if you're interested in any of these flowers!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm linking up with Jamie again for WILW!

I'm loving that it's Wednesday, and I have fun plans for the weekend! I'm heading up to Clemson for the Boston College game and to hang out with some awesome friends!

I'm loving that on the way home from Clemson, I'm picking up my brother. He's spending the whole week at home! Today's is birthday btw, so Happy Birthday again Taylor!

I'm loving the new felt flowers I'm making for the Fall and Winter. Look for a post all about these new lovelies coming next week. I'll be sporting two purple flowers at the game this weekend!

Happy Hump Day!!

This Week's Featured Item(s)

This week's featured items are my earring holder frames.

These are just so great. I have one that I couldn't live without. I don't know how I functioned before having one! My earrings stay organized and are displayed like a piece of art. Each frame has a saw tooth hanger attached to the back, so frames can be hung on the wall. The frames can also be displayed on an easel or propped against the wall on your vanity or dresser.

At school, mine always hung in my closet with my other jewelry organizers.

Both of my roomies had ones hanging in their rooms too. (Sorry I don't have a pic of you with yours, Catherine.)

I have three ready for sale in my shop, but I take custom orders. Let me know what size/color you need for your earrings! These would be the perfect gift for any lady in your life. Christmas is just around the corner!
