It's that time again...

It's time to link up with Jamie for WILW!

This Wednesday, I'm loving that it's the final week of classes. All I have to do is put some finishing touches on my model and present my project on Friday. I'm very ready for classes and work to be over...still not too sure how I feel about leaving Clemson though.

I'm loving this new site I found by blog-hopping. It's called Buywithme.com, and it's one of those sites where you can buy stuff for cheaper than it's supposed to be. (Like restaurant.com or groupon.com) The great thing about this site is that when you sign up you get a free $5 credit! Who doesn't love free money?? Sign up here!

I'm loving my late night post.

I'm loving the show The Voice. It premiered last night, and I watched it with one of my roomies. This might have to become a Tuesday night tradition. All the singers are amazing! I'm just not too sure if I love that Carson Daly is hosting...where did he come from? Did anyone else watch? I love the diverse judges/coaches.

I'm loving my weekend ahead. I'm going down to Savannah to throw my sweet friend a lingerie shower and Bachelorette Party. I'm TOO excited!! Plus, it's her 22nd birthday! We've got some great surprises planned for her!

Happy Hump Day!!

Attention all Brides...and married women...and engaged ladies

I feel like I follow so many blogs of young married women or newly engaged ladies. Check out the latest post on my dad's blog. This would be the ultimate wedding gift to yourself (or anniversary gift). Something you could cherish for your entire life and pass along for generations. The perfect way to remember your special day! It'd also be great to have on display at your reception! You'd be the envy of all your guests!

Target Tuesday!

I've found a new Tuesday link-up! Link up with Tara to join in on the fun!

While I LOVE everything at Target, I've decided to focus on shoes this week. I have to say, shoes are a weakness of mine...

I would love to have any and all of these in my closet!! Link-up, so I can see what you're loving at Target this week!!

Featured Item of the Week

Today's featured item is this pair of key earrings.

These utilitarian keys make a bold statement. These keys have much cleaner lines than the decorative keys I've used to make earrings before. They are sure to go with any outfit.

The key hangs one and half inches from a pewter fish hook earring. Add something unique to your jewelry wardrobe! Visit my shop!

WILW!!

I'm linking up with Jamie again for What I'm Loving Wednesday!

First I'm loving the feedback I got from yesterday's post. I'd love some more though, if you didn't see the ideas I've been pondering.

I'm loving that my studio is taking a field trip to Greenville to tour the BMW plant. We're not allowed to take pictures inside, but I'm sure it's going to be cool! Plus, it's always nice to have a day off of class.

I'm loving that I sold one of my pink cables on eBay! It was my very first eBay sale. Let me know if you're interested in a pink ethernet cable. You can name your price!!

I'm loving that I stopped writing finished my last paper. This means I'm finished with yet another class! Now all I have is studio. Our final review is next Friday.

I'm loving the Hand Made and Lovely giveaway being hosted by Scribbles from Emily. It ends Friday and there are low entries, so be sure to check it out! She's got a great blog too! She's having a fashion series, and this week she is helping her readers find their "style".

I'm loving this dress I bought from Target this weekend with the gift card I won from the Little Girl in the Big World. Thanks again, Meghan! Now, I just have to decide if I should wear it for Easter, my final review, my friend's lingerie shower, or graduation. Life is hard.

I'm loving my weekend ahead. I'm heading home for Easter, but I'm stopping by the boy's house on the way. We've got fun dinner plans. Saturday, I have my bridesmaid's dress fitting and plans to hang out with a couple of girlfriends. Sunday is Easter, and I hoping to be eating some delicious french fries (since I haven't had any for 40 days).

Happy Hump Day!!

I Need Your Feedback!

I've had several ideas bouncing around my head the past few days, and I'd love some input from my lovely followers.

I've seen on some other people's Facebook fan pages that they have an item up for sale with a really great deal. The first one to comment with their PayPal email address gets to buy the piece at the special discount. Would you be interested in participating in something like this? I'm thinking discounts of at least 50% off!! Any items you'd like to see featured?

I'm moving out of my apartment in less than a month, and I'd love to send you some Hand Made and Lovely jewelry. I don't want to pack everything up and move it with me!! I'd love to know if anyone is interested in an item in my shop, but the price is turning you off. I have a poll set up in my sidebar, if you want to remain anonymous. I've thought of decreasing my prices temporarily to see if I could clear out some inventory.

Don't you hate it when you post something, and you get zero comments? It makes me feel like something went wrong, and the post didn't go through. Check out my post from yesterday about a giveaway!! You can win a rosette headband!

I appreciate your feedback!

Giveaway! (as promised)

As I mentioned last week, a Hand Made and Lovely giveaway has been posted.

Emily, of Scribbles from Emily, is hosting a Fashion 101 series. This week she talks about your personal style and announced my giveaway. Head on over to Emily's blog to find out how to enter and win your own rosette headband. Let her know I sent you! Good luck!

Featured Item of the Week

This week's featured item is Easter inspired.

This fashion ring has always reminded me of an Easter egg. The fabric covered pendant used to be the charm on a post earring. I love the colors and the design, but this is just too large to be an earring.

Personally, I don't think rings can be too large! So, its new life as a ring began. Order today to receive this ring by Easter!

I'd like some anonymous feedback, so check out the poll in my sidebar. I'm thinking of making some changes to get ready for an even bigger change!

WILW

I'm linking up with Jamie again for WILW! This has to be one of my favorite link ups!

I'm loving that the awesome news I got in one of my Psych classes yesterday. Stay with me, we have a total of 4 tests all out of 50 points, but all graded on a curve. If you make A's on 3 of the 4 tests, you are allowed to exempt the final...BUT my teacher also drops your lowest of the 4 test grades. So, I found out yesterday that I made an A on the third test (as well as the first 2) so I am now officially finished with that class! She doesn't even take attendance, so I have nothing left to do for that A!!! Little did I know I took my last test at Clemson last Thursday.

I'm loving that I have one paper and one studio project left for the semester.

I think I'm loving that today marks one month until graduation. Not too sure about that one yet.

I'm loving that this weekend is my three year anniversary with the boy. So far all we have planned is eating dinner at our favorite Japanese steak house and exchanging gifts. I can't tell you what I got him, but I will say that we have a cute little tradition. Each year, in addition to whatever we get each other, we get a gift that correlates with the number anniversary we're on. So our 1st year, we exchanged a $1 present. This year, I have to find something that is $3.

Zac Brown Band Concert

So, this weekend was a three day festival in Clemson. Zac Brown Band headlined two nights, and Amos Lee headlined one. I've been excited about this concert for quite a while, and it did not disappoint. The weather was perfect, and the songs were amazing.

These are some of the girls who hung out before the show started. It felt like football season! I'm wearing my very first romper. I got it at Ross in Miami for $10.99! It was so comfortable and not too hot...although going to the bathroom was kind of challenging.

I stole both of these pics from my friend Kerri. The pictures I took didn't turn out that great. The set and stage were so crazy, and I wanted to do them justice. If you ever get a chance to see ZBB live, do it!!! They put on the best show!

Featured Item of the Week

This week's featured item is one of my newest listings.

This Rosette Headband features a multi-colored fabric rolled into two rosettes. I love the combination of one large rosette with a small one.

This fabric really lends itself to be worn with any outfit. It features so many colors on a white background. I placed the rosettes on a thin metal headband.

April Showers

I've made another Treasury!! This is my second one, and I think I've started a trend of making one for each month. My last one was "Green with Envy" for March. This one is "April Showers".

All these pieces make the rain seem like a good thing!! I'm just hoping it holds out for the weekend! I'm looking forward to my Zac Brown Band concert tomorrow!

The Bin

I've set up a new section in my Dad's Etsy shop. It's called "The Bin", and everything is $50. This is a great way to get a piece of original art (signed by the artist) for a low price. Act fast!! There are nine new pieces in this section.

These are some of my favorites from The Bin...what are yours?

WILW

I love linking up with Jamie for WILW!!

I'm loving that it's Wednesday...I have two tests tomorrow, and I'm so ready for them to be over. Studying for two tests at once is not fun. Luckily, this is the last test in one of those classes! That's something to celebrate!

I'm loving that I'm going to a Zac Brown Band concert on Saturday night with the boy. "Whatever It Is" is our unofficial song. There is a weekend long festival in Clemson, and we're going to the Saturday night show. I'm so excited!! This Georgia girl loves that Georgia boy! Right now there is a 30% chance of scattered thunderstorms for Saturday (yes, I check the 10 day forecast religiously), so I hope that goes away!

I'm loving that I got in a custom order for 4 "grown-up" friendship bracelets. I love custom bulk orders! I give discounts!! I'll hopefully be posting a few of these new designs into my shop soon.

I'm loving that my engaged friend Emily and I chose the fabric for the headbands she ordered. She's getting all the bridesmaids, as well as herself, flower headbands for the reception. I'm so excited to make this order and, of course, to wear my beautiful creation at the wedding!! I can't wait to get the fabric in the mail!

I'm loving that I'm feeling better. I woke up Sunday morning with a stuffy nose and a scratchy throat. I don't know where it came from, but I'm sure glad it's going away!

I'm still loving this dress. It's out of stock again, so I'm obviously not the only one who's loving it! Maybe I can get it since I've got those 2 bulk order checks coming in...what do you think??

Happy Hump Day y'all!!

Facebook Giveaway

Facebook giveaway ends tonight at midnight! Don't miss your chance to win two mum bobby pins!!

Life Drawings

I know I've mentioned my talented Dad before, but I finally set him up with an Etsy shop of his own! He's the one who encouraged me to start my site in the first place. He's currently selling life drawings of dancers and nudes.

Those are three of my faves. Pardon the butt. I was taught at a young age that nude = art, naked = no clothes, nekkid = no clothes and you're up to something.

Check out the rest of the drawings in my dad's shop and show him some love on his blog. Original art is truly an investment. Consider buying some original art for your home. All of his pieces are signed.

New Crafts and Etsy Listings

I know this is my third post today...but I've been busy crafting, and I'm too excited to keep these new pieces from you any longer.

I've been wanting a rosette necklace of my own for quite sometime. I've entered so many giveaway in the hopes of winning one, but I just haven't been that lucky! I finally found some time to make this beauty. I love it even more than the ones I tried to win! I used a new patterned fabric that features pink, green, blue, and teal. I placed the 5 rosettes on a silver chain long enough to slip it over my head. I love a necklace without clasp.

I wore my new necklace today as a pop against my solid purple tee. I haven't made any more of these yet, but I'll take custom orders if anyone is interested. I hope to put a few in my shop soon!

This idea came from a fellow architecture student. He sent me a link to a tutorial for this grown-up friendship bracelet. I've made three in the past couple of days but haven't been able to post them to my shop.

I will take custom orders for these too. These can be made with any color combination. The bracelets clasp with a lobster hook.

Today I posted new rosette headbands, a braided headband, and a new necklace to my Etsy shop. Let me know what you think of them!

Don't forget about the purse "garage sale" I'm having!!

Also, be sure to enter my Facebook giveaway! It closes tomorrow at midnight, and there are low entries!!
